1. Returns for Physical Products

a. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

b. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: i. Contact us at customersupport@glasspuppet.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. ii. Package the product securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. iii. Ship the product to the return address listed on the packing slip.

c. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

2. Size Exchanges

a. Please note that we do not offer size exchanges for our physical products. Each product is made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization. It is important to carefully review the product specifications and sizing information before placing your order.

b. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance in selecting the correct size, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@glasspuppet.com before making your purchase. We are here to help you make an informed decision and ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations.

3. Digital Products Refund Policy

a. All sales of digital products, including asset packs and templates, are final and non-refundable.

b. We strongly recommend reviewing product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure compatibility with your technical requirements.

c. If you mistakenly purchase a digital product that does not meet your technical specifications, please contact us at customersupport@glasspuppet.com. We will do our best to assist you and provide a resolution.
